Questions people actually ask.
If yours isn't here, email verafeelapp@gmail.com and it probably ends up on this page.
Not openly yet. It's in closed beta with a small group of testers while the core loop settles. Leave your email and we'll reach out when a spot opens.
Android only for now. An iOS build isn't ruled out, but it isn't in progress either. We'd rather get one platform right first.
Email verafeelapp@gmail.com with your Android device model. Testers who report bugs clearly are the most useful people to have, and they get in first.
Your text is scored for emotion and functional state, then the app asks you a follow-up question about what it read. You can accept its reading, correct it, or answer in your own words. Your correction is what it learns from.
Early entries are scored against one shared, fixed rubric, with no assumptions about you. As you correct it, your own baseline shifts, so a 7 out of 10 comes to mean your 7 rather than a stranger's average.
No. The taxonomy is Plutchik's wheel: eight core emotions from established psychology. The exercises are standard CBT and mindfulness techniques: reframes, grounding, breathing.
Yes, for one specific job: turning your entry text into emotion and functional-state scores. It isn't a chatbot, it doesn't give advice, and it doesn't pretend to be a person. See the privacy policy for which provider and what they may not do with your text.

Both. From Profile → Account you can export your entries as a file any spreadsheet app opens, or delete your account outright, with a 24-hour window to change your mind before it's permanent.
No. The Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN check happens entirely on your device through your phone's operating system. Verafeel never sees or stores biometric data.
Tapping one hands off to your phone's dialer, messaging app, or browser. We don't monitor, log, or get notified when you use them.
Verafeel is free during the closed beta. There will be a paid tier later. Charging for the app is what keeps your entries from becoming the product. Beta testers will hear about pricing before anything changes.
No. Verafeel is a reflection tool. Not therapy, not a medical device, and not a diagnosis. It won't tell you what's wrong with you. If you need professional support, please talk to a licensed provider.
Then tell it. Being overruled is the design, not a failure case. That correction is the most valuable thing you can give it.
