Features

Everything that's inside.

Every phone on this page is the real app screen, rendered from the app's own code with a made-up journal. Nothing here is a concept or a feature we're still planning.

Writing Stamps Marks Deep Dive Your type Stretch Recap Experiments Care Sharing Your data Secrets
01 · Writing

Write it how you'd say it. Then it asks you one thing back.

Type what happened in plain words. Verafeel reads it, then asks the one question worth answering next: what was behind the stress, whether a 6 out of 10 feels right, or what you'd call the feeling yourself. Your answer always overrules its reading.

Today tab: How are you feeling today, with an entry typed, Custom Journal, Continue, and quick tap and Stamp Journaling cards
Today
One box, one button. Quick Tap and Stamp Journaling sit right under it.
One more thing: What was behind the stress today? Work, Relationships, Family, Health, Money, School, Myself, Something else
One more thing
A follow-up built from what you just wrote. Skippable, always.
What would you call it? with Wistful typed in
Your word, not ours
If none of the feelings fit, name it yourself. "However you'd naturally put it. There's no official list."
Today's reflection: Trust, with Motivation and Connection meters
Today's reflection
The feeling it read, and how your motivation and connection looked. Tap the feeling to see its whole word family.

Custom Journal, for the days that need more room.

Tap "Custom Journal" under the box. Same entry, same reading, just more ways to say it. The everyday tools sit in the toolbar and the rest live behind one +.

Photo
Attach a picture to the entry. It stays on your phone and isn't uploaded.
Today's shade
Pick a color for how the day felt.
One word for today
A single word, in your own vocabulary.
Draw it
A freehand doodle for how today looked.
Seal a line for later
Write something to your future self. It stays hidden for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Pin & compare
Pin an entry as important, or mark today better, the same, or harder than yesterday.
Custom Journal: Write what's actually going on, with photo, shade and plus tools and a Continue button
Custom Journal
Quick Tap: One tap is enough. Stormy, Cloudy, Bright, Energized
Quick Tap
No words today? Stormy, Cloudy, Bright or Energized. It still counts.
History: Your entries, with search and a list grouped by day with tags

Every entry, findable.

History keeps everything you've written, grouped by day and tagged by what it was about. Search your own words, or filter by date, full reflections or quick taps, intensity, feeling, tag, or one quality like stress or hope.

Open an entry to see its photo, doodle and reading. Deleting one really deletes it. We don't keep a backup somewhere.

02 · Stamp Journaling

Turn a day into a stamp. Watch the month fill up.

One stamp per day, and you can stamp a day without writing anything. Doodle on it, drop in a photo or a line of text, or add a card built from your own entries: the weather, your Verafeel Type, this week, your top word, or then versus now.

Special Stamps gallery: Milestone, Streak, Echo, Constellation, Anniversary, Rare, Legendary and seasonal designs
Special Stamps
A gallery of foil, gem-cut and glowing designs to use as a stamp's background.

Some of them actually glow.

Past the seasonal and tier designs are 24 premium ones, each with its own edge, its own sweep of light and its own rarity. Six of them, recreated here from the app's recipes:

Nebula
Deep purple into rose foil, with a dense ring of soft glints.
Molten
Lava-orange foil that shifts, with a burst of ember glints.
Solar Flare
Gold into cream foil, light bursting along the edge.
Obsidian
Near-black faceted glass and one quiet line of shine.
Void
Almost pure black, lit by a slow glow from behind.
Prism
Every accent color the app owns, swept across one foil.
03 · Marks

04 · Deep Dive

Your patterns, in plain words, with receipts.

Deep Dive puts it all together: your shape this month across eight dimensions, your best run, what keeps coming up, and which days tend to go which way. Every line says how many of your own entries it came from, and it stays quiet until there's enough to say something honest.

Your deep dive: Put together summary, Your shape this month bars, and Best run
Put together

05 · About you

Know your type. See the shape of your week.

Your Verafeel Type is four letters built from your real entries, on four axes: Grounded or Restless, Solitary or Connected, Instinctive or Thoughtful, Adaptive or Deliberate. There are sixteen, from The Quiet Current to The Driven Connector. It isn't a personality quiz. It shifts as you do.

About you: Your type, RCTD The Driven Connector, and This week's constellation
Your type
Four letters, a name, and where you sit on each axis.
This week's constellation: The Bright Run, compared to your past self 99 percent, and a Verafeel noticed line
This week's constellation
Each day you wrote becomes a star, and the week gets a name. Plus which past week this one matches most.
Your report: reflecting since, entries, days, most common feeling, and rings for all eight dimensions

How the letters work
Explained in the app, with all sixteen types. No mystery to it.
06 · Stretch Recap

Your stretch, read back by four.

Every couple of weeks, Vera, Mira, Theo and Sam each bring back one thing they noticed in your recent entries. One summary would just be a guess with better manners. You're asked about each reading, you can correct any of them, and nothing moves on by itself.

4 readings of your stretch, with Vera, Mira, Theo and Sam
Four readings
All four, before anything starts.
Vera, the line she kept: a quote from one of your entries
Vera · the line she kept
The one sentence that didn't read like the rest.
Mira, your hours: how many entries began after 10pm
Mira · your hours
When you write, and how much.
Theo, the word we got wrong: times you corrected a reading, and Have we got it right now
Theo · the word we got wrong
Where you corrected it, and what it adjusted.
Sam, the day that didn't fit: a day that broke your own pattern
Sam · the day that didn't fit
"We're not calling that progress. You might."
And once a year: Your Year.

From 20 December to 20 January, a full-screen, swipeable look back at your year in entries, words and colors, ready to share. After that it moves to your Hall of fame in Account.

07 · Experiments

Try a small change. See what actually shifts.

Say what you're trying, pick one number to watch and choose 7 or 14 days. The result stays sealed the whole time so peeking can't change how you write. The morning after, it opens as a short story told by all four mascots, then asks you the only question that matters: did it feel like it worked?

Try an experiment: what are you trying, which one should we watch, for how long
Set it up
Your words for what you're trying. We never write it for you.
Your experiment, day 9 of 14: the days so far, enough to read, and result sealed until Sep 24
Sealed while it runs
Just journal like normal. Missed days don't break anything.
The seal: 14 days of Walk after lunch, Theo kept this sealed the whole time
The seal cracks
"Theo kept this sealed the whole time."
Theo, what changed: 5.6 to 4.2, your stress eased 26 percent, with a before and during chart
What changed
Before versus during, from your own entries. Honest when it's worse, or when there isn't enough.
08 · Care

A few tools for the harder minutes.

The floating + button asks "What do you need right now?" and opens four short exercises drawn from standard CBT and mindfulness practice. They're a gentle suggestion, not therapy and not a diagnosis.

Breathe

Box breathing, four cycles, about a minute. Follow the circle instead of counting.

Ground yourself

The five-senses walk-through, one step at a time.

Reframe a thought

Name the thought, weigh the evidence for and against it, then write a more balanced version.

Gratitude

Three good things: "What went okay today?", however small.

Box breathing: Ready, 4 cycles, about 1 minute

Crisis support: You don't have to go through this alone, find crisis support near you
Crisis support
One tap from the + button, and it opens by itself if an entry sounds like you're in danger. In the US and Canada, call or text 988.
Notifications: reminders are scheduled on your phone, nothing is sent from our servers
Reminders, only if you want them
Scheduled on your phone, at a time learned from when you usually write. Pick which mascot gets to nudge you, and about what.
09 · Sharing

Real findings, turned into something you can send.

Milestones, patterns, your recap, your type, an experiment's result and your year each have their own cards. Swipe between designs, then share to anything or straight to Instagram Stories. A card leaves your phone only when you share it.

11 · Small secrets

Things the app never tells you about.

Nothing important hides behind these. They're just there for anyone who pokes around.

Try it
Don't poke the mascot.
Tap a mascot five times in a row and see what the eight marks think of that. It'll be gone for a while afterwards.
While you wait
Feed them.
While your entry is being read, tap the screen. Something small drops, and something small comes to eat it.
Meet the mascots
Talk to them.
In Account, then Meet the mascots, each one has something to say, sometimes about you and sometimes about how the app got made.

That's what's in there.

Closed beta on iOS and Android, and everything is free for testers. Leave your email and we'll reach out when a spot opens.
